Has my order been shipped?
An email notification will be sent to you once an order has been shipped.
Orders
An item is missing from my shipment?
In the rare occasion that an order is missing an item; contact us with the order number for a swift replacement.
My order never arrived. What should I do?

Most orders are delivered within shipping time frame. If you're order has not been received following an adequate period of time please contact us.

Reasons for delay:

- Customs clearance ( + 5-7 business days )
- Remote areas ( + 3-4 business days )
- Return to sender ( customer will be contacted )

In accordance with our return policy; any order which has not been received or returned to sender within 45 days of purchase will be refunded fully including any shipping fees.
